Project Description

Villa Borghese

This is the most famous park in the city. You can either go for a walk along the pathways and relax in the fresh air under the secular trees or you can visit the many museums, especially the marvellous Galleria Borghese.

Inside Villa Borghese there is also a big zoological garden and a perfect copy of the Elizabethan Globe theatre which in summer offers a wonderful theatrical season.

Children can have some fun in the games room in the Casina di Raffaello whereas cinema lovers will want to visit the Casa del Cinema (the House of Cinema).

On the Pincio terrace, located in the south of the park, you can admire a breathtaking view of the city.

The stunning villa surrounded by the park is rich in history and charm, a complex union of art, architecture and nature.
